On 09/01/2026 Ofc. Mullis Responded to [200 BLOCK] Maple Street in reference to making contact.
Upon arriving Ofc. Mullis met with Ms. Sandra Heggs. Ms. Heggs stated that at approximately 1432 hours, Mr. [REDACTED] drove by her house and then went down and turned around and came back by. Mr. [REDACTED] currently has a active TPO out on Ms. Heggs. Ms. Heggs stated she was in the process of getting a TPO on Mr. [REDACTED] as well. Ms. Heggs was advised we would take a report and she would be able to pick it up friday morning.
