[NARRATIVE #1 on September 21, 2023]

On September 21, 2023 at 0933 hours I responded to Parkers in reference to damage to property of a vehicle.

Upon my arrival, I made contact with Mrs. [VICTIM #1] at pump #7. [VICTIM #1] explained an unknown person had put sugar in the gas tank of her vehicle (2015 Red Chevy Tahoe- GA TAG- [REDACTED]) sometime recently. [VICTIM #1] stated she is in the middle of a divorce with her soon to be ex-husband, Mr. Brian Lyons and she suspects it was him. [VICTIM #1] further stated that Brian had hiden an apple air tag under her hood of the same vehicle to track her location after she moved out. She filed a report with the Jesup Police Department, Sgt Burtford, CASE NUMBER 2308491. She filed for a Ex Parte Temporary Protective Order in Long County, Ga (Civil Action- 2023FV-39) and it was served to Brian on September 1, 2023.

[VICTIM #1] advised that on September 17th, 2023 Brian sent two “cash app” requested to her account as well as on September 19th. She futher stated Brian sent an email to her on September 19 and September 20. [VICTIM #1] also stated Brian called her cell phone on Septmber 19th and contiuned to call from a blocked/unknown number several times after for the next few days. She stated that yesterday she was woken up from sleeping with someone banging on her front door as well but was able to determind if it was Brian or not.

[VICTIM #1]’s vehicle was towed by Landon’s towing at her request to a mechanic shop to fix the sugar being pourd into the gas tank.

Dispatch advised there was an active protection order against Brian. A warrant will be secured for Aggervated Stalking.

[NARRATIVE #2 on September 24, 2023]

On Sunday September 24, 2023 at 00:47 AM I was dispatched to the Long/Wayne line to pick up a male subject who was wanted out of Wayne County who was picked up by Long County Sheriff’s Office.

I took custody of Brian Lyons and transported him the Wayne County Jail. I transferred custody to jail staff for booking. I served Lyons his warrant.
