Deputies responded to a report of a subject being locked out of her residence. When deputies arrived they were able to gain entry into the home. They were advised by the caller that there was meth in the residence. Deputies looked for the meth but were unable to find any.

While looking for the meth, the home was found to be filthy with feces and urine all over clothing piled in the floor. There was also animal and human feces in the floor as well as smeared on the walls in one of the rooms that the children stayed in. The toilet was unusable and was full of urine and feces. There was rotten food and roaches in the refrigerator and roaches running all over the home. One of the children also told the deputies that none of them had eaten any lunch or dinner that day.

There were numerous complaints at the address in which deputies had previously responded which involved allegations of inappropriate conduct in the presence of the children as well as instances of alleged threats and domestic violence.

Out of concern for the well-being of the children, the Department of Family and Children Services was notified. Warrants will be secured against the mother of the children for the negligence her children were subjected to.
