[NARRATIVE #1 on March 17, 2025]
On 03/17/2025 at 1523 hours, Deputies were dispatched to [80 BLOCK] Highbrook Rd in reference to an ambulance call. Upon arrival I located Devon Lundy and Corine Yates holding a small child. The child was behaving like it was in a haze and barely responsive.
Through investigation on the scene it was learned that the two adults were not properly supervising the child and allowed the child to ingest an unknown quantity of 7000 mg THC laced CDB Gummies from an open container. Whenthey noticed what had occurred the adults called 911.
The child was examined by EMS and transported to Wayne Memorial Hospital where it treated and placed under observation by medical staff.
Case turned over for follow up investigation.

[NARRATIVE #2 on March 19, 2025]
On March 19, 2025, I was on uniformed patrol in a marked vehicle (SV-146). At approximately 3:11pm, myself and Deputy Bradley (#258) were dispatched to Pooler Police Department in reference to two wanted persons who were in custody. We departed the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office at 3:11pm and arrived at Pooler PD at 4:25pm to assume custody of Devon Lee Lundy and Corine Eleece Yates.
We departed Pooler PD at 4:40pm and began our transport back to the Wayne County Jail. Deputy Bradley transported Yates, and I transported Lundy. We arrived at the Wayne County Jail at approximately 5:55pm. I served the warrants to both subjects. We transferred both subjects to the custody of the jail staff. We completed the necessary booking paperwork, and we cleared the jail.
This statement is true and accurate to the best of my ability.
