On 10/28/2022 at approximately 1854 hours, Deputy Villeda responded to [3300 BLOCK] Hwy 129 South for criminal trespass report.

Upon arrival, Deputy Villeda met with the reporting party ([WITNESS #1]). [WITNESS #1] advised Deputy Villeda that earlier on the day of the report, his aunt (Vicky Ann Thomason) parked her vehicle (White GMC Canyon) along Hwy 129 South and walked to [100 BLOCK] Victory Lane. [WITNESS #1] stated Vicky was wearing a hoody and was carrying a long riffle. Vicky looked into the house through the windows, and when she saw [WITNESS #1], she left the property.

[WITNESS #1] said the homeowner ([VICTIM #1]) has a TPO against Vicky. However, Deputy Villeda later found out that there was no active TPO. [WITNESS #1] informed Deputy Villeda that Vicky’s husband ([REDACTED]) lives with [VICTIM #1] and was probably trying to locate him. Vicky and [REDACTED] are going through a divorce.

[VICTIM #1], via phone call, contacted Deputy O’Kelly and advised he has a good behavior warrant against Vicky. Deputy O’Kelly provided [VICTIM #1] with a case number.
