Officer’s Narrative:

On March 29, 2026 at approximately 1541 hours Deputy Painter, Deputy Center, Deputy Weaver, and Deputy Davis were dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Cessna Dr in reference to a domestic dispute.

Upon arrival, Deputy Painter spoke with Mr. [VICTIM #1] who stated her son, Mr. Alejandro Sanchez Jr, had attacked her and was not acting in his right mind. Alejandro wanted the car keys but [VICTIM #1] said no because Alejandro had a suspended license. This upset Alejandro so he pinned [VICTIM #1] up against the back French-style door by holding her wrist above her hand and stated he would kill her. When [VICTIM #1] stated she would get the keys, she tried to get her phone but he had gotten it and broke it by causing the screen protector to crack.

Alejandro then held [VICTIM #1] in the kitchen by the counter and shoved three of his fingers in her mouth which caused [VICTIM #1] to not breath for a moment. [VICTIM #1] explained and demonstrated this to Deputy Painter. [VICTIM #1] then was able to get outside while Alejandro broke the screen door handle. Here, [VICTIM #1] yelled for Mr. [WITNESS #1], who was outside, to call 911 and run.

[WITNESS #1] called 911 and ran when [WITNESS #2] and [WITNESS #3], twin brothers, seen him running on Cessna Dr toward Airport Rd. At this time [VICTIM #1] was yelling for them to call 911 too. [WITNESS #2] and [WITNESS #3] stated that they saw Alejandro outside at this time where he was talking about human trafficking and calling his mother a “Doppelganger”, stating she was not his mother.

Deputies on scene observed Alejandro talking about human trafficking, and that Jeffery Epstein had killed his friends, and that his mom was a Doppelganger. Deputies had Hamilton Emergency Medical Services evaluate Alejandro where he was cleared and refused medical attention. At this time, Deputy Painter attempted to place Alejandro under arrest for charges of Aggravated Assault (FVA), Criminal Trespass (FVA), and Terroristic Threats.

Alejandro began to flee on foot where Deputy Painter gave pursuit. Alejandro turned around quickly while still in the yard of [200 BLOCK] Cessna Dr and began physically fighting Deputy Painter. Deputies Davis, Weaver, and Center then assisted Deputy Painter in placing Alejandro under arrest. Alejandro was physically resisting and had abnormal strength as he would push up while Deputies were on top of him. Deputy Painter repeatedly told Alejandro to stoр resisting or he would, which Alejandro ignored. In order to gain control and compliance Deputy Painter issued blunt force with his fist to Alejandro as Alejandro was also using blunt force with Deputies.

During the altercation Deputies Painter and Weaver were hit. Deputies eventually forced Alejandro into handcuffs, and was placed in the rear seat of Deputy Davis’s patrol car. Deputy Davis then transported Alejandro to the Whitfield County Jail.

Deputy Singleton and Deputy Middlebrooks arrived on scene at this time, Deputy Middlebrooks assisted Deputy Davis in transportation.

Deputy Painter then gathered more information from [VICTIM #1] about the assault leading to the call for service. Sgt. Brunson arrived on scene a short time later and gathered information from [WITNESS #3], [WITNESS #2], [VICTIM #1], and [WITNESS #1] regarding the use-of-force.

At the Whitfield County Jail Deputy Davis located a glass smoking device in his backseat which Alejandro was seen placing on camera. The residue field tested positive for Methamphetamine. See Deputy Davis’s supplemental for further.

Deputy Painter applied for, and was granted, warrant #W26-520 for the following charges:

16-11-37 – Terroristic Threats (F)
16-5-41 – False Imprisonment (F)
16-13-32.2 – Possession of Drug Related Objects (M)
16-7-21- Criminal Trespass (M) (FV)

Alejandro was released to the booking staff without further incident, and he was treated for his injuries by medical staff.
