On 03/01/2026 at approximately 0436, I, Officer Warnack, responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a female named Christie Grubb who called 911 multiple times for non-emergency purposes.

Christie called on 02/28/26 at approximately 1300 to report a disturbance. Dispatch stated that Christie was not making any sense when she called this in. Christie called multiple times from her hotel room requesting a ride. She was informed multiple times that we will not provide her a ride. Christie also called asking for a flight out of America. Dispatch stated that Christie called approximately 10 times. Due to Christie calling to a point that was rendering dispatch from providing emergency services to people in need, we responded to room [REDACTED] at Econo Lodge to make an arrest.

I knocked on the door of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Christie answered the door. I asked her to step out, but she would not. I informed Christie that she is under arrest, and Officer Hammontree and I placed Christie in handcuffs. Once in handcuffs, Christie wanted to go to the hospital, stating she was choked from a previous day. Christie had no marks on her neck and was breathing fine. Christie stated that she was not going to jail. I searched Christie in front of my patrol vehicle and placed her in the rear. Christy would not put her legs in, but I moved them over, and Christie complied with it.

I was unable to seatbelt Christie due to her behavior and her not cooperating through the arrest. While en route to the jail, Christie was screaming multiple cuss words towards me and kept stating that she is not going to jail and also was saying unknown random statements that made no sense. I informed jail staff to be on standby just in case.

Once I arrived at the jail, I locked my gun in the lockbox. I confirmed Christie to be a US citizen. Once at the jail, Christie started to complain of chest pain. Christie is being seen by a jail nurse. Christie was also raising her voice at jail staff.

I did a warrantless arrest form for the charges below.

16-11-39.2- Unlawful conduct during a 911 call due to Christie calling multiple times for non-law enforcement purposes.

I searched my patrol vehicle prior to and after transport. I went back in service from here.
