On October 2, 2025, Daniel Joseph Clark engaged in text message conversation with a person whom he believed to be a fourteen (14) year old juvenile. [DANIEL] was actually communicating with an undercover agent who was posing as fourteen (14) year old, “Carla” via the adult escort website Skip The Games. This is a website where persons can arrange meets for sexual activity. Daniel asked Carla if she considers herself, “tight” and also asked, “can we do with out [sic] condoms”. Daniel ultimately agreed to meet the child for sexual activity at Kohl’s located at 835 Shugart Road Dalton, Georgia for the purpose of exchanging $80 for sexual activity with the child. Daniel was arrested for Human Trafficking at 835 Shugart Road Dalton, Georgia.
