[VICTIM #1] stated that he was driving southbound on Cleveland Hwy in the left travel lane as he came to the intersection of Cleveland Hwy and Waring Rd. [VICTIM #1] stated that a black Chevrolet Camry (GA tag: [REDACTED]) pulled up beside his vehicle in the right lane and began yelling at him. [VICTIM #1] stated that he recognized the driver as Jonathan Martinez. [VICTIM #1] stated that Jonathan and one of his friends have had issues with Jonathan due to one of Jonathan’s ex-girlfriends.

[VICTIM #1] then sped past Jonathan and then drove to the Dalton Police Department. While en-route to the PD, [VICTIM #1] stated that Jonathan followed him most of the way there.

Juvenile 1 stated that she was sitting in the passenger seat of [VICTIM #1]’s Honda Accord (GA tag: [REDACTED]) When she heard a Hispanic male, Jonathan Martinez, driving a Black Chevrolet Camry yelling at [VICTIM #1]. Juvenile 1 advised that she had thought that [VICTIM #1] might have known him, so she tapped [VICTIM #1] on the shoulder to get his attention.
Juvenile 1 stated that Jonathan then pulled a gun on them and pointed it at them, telling [VICTIM #1] to pull over. Juvenile 1 then stated that [VICTIM #1] tried to evade Jonathan, but Jonathan began following them until [VICTIM #1] got closer to the Dalton Police Department. Juvenile 1 advised that she was so scared when she saw the gun that she sank into the floorboard of [VICTIM #1]’s car for protection.
