On July 26, 2026, at approximately 1828 hours, Deputy Ramos responded to the parking lot at 805 Professional Blvd (Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office) regarding TPO questions.

Upon arrival, Deputy Ramos contacted [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2]. [VICTIM #1] stated that Ricky Lamar Rutledge had gotten out of jail yesterday and texted her mother, [REDACTED], that he was selling what [VICTIM #1] says are her belongings. [VICTIM #1] has an active TPO against Ricky. [VICTIM #1] showed Deputy Ramos a picture of the text message that Ricky sent to [REDACTED], but in the text messages he never asked for [VICTIM #1] or asked [REDACTED] to communicate a message to her.

All the text messages stated was that Ricky was selling the following items: Cherry picker with an 8-ton jack, air compressor, chainsaw, miter saw, table saw, inflatable hot tub, air conditioners, dryers, fridge, tool boxes with all the tools, floor jack, bottle jacks, jack stand. [VICTIM #1] stated that she has tried to get her belongings after she acquired a TPO extension from the court, and the judge told both parties that [VICTIM #1] can go to [3400 BLOCK] Chattanooga Rd to get all of her belongings with Deputies present.

[VICTIM #1] told Deputy Ramos that she has tried to get her stuff a total of 4 times, and all 4 times she has not been able to acquire her personal belongings with Deputies present. In addition, [VICTIM #1] stated that she believes that Ricky is actively selling her belongings.

At this time, Deputy Ramos spoke with [VICTIM #2]. [VICTIM #2] stated that Ricky got out of jail yesterday, and today at around 6:03 PM, Ricky texted her the following message: “B*tch idgaf I hope I see you out somewhere soon I’ll show you how idgaf when I smack your worthless a*s you are a waste of air nothing at all says I can’t message stupid”. Furthermore, this text message that [VICTIM #2] showed Deputy Ramos proves that Ricky knows about his active TPO that was served to him on 06/22/2026.

Moreover, [VICTIM #2] and [VICTIM #1] told Deputy Ramos that Ricky has already been arrested for violating his TPO against them. In addition, during a computer terminal search, Deputy Ramos saw that Ricky had an active warrant for another TPO violation.

With all of this information, Deputy Ramos sought and was given a warrant for Ricky for aggravated stalking. Additionally, Deputy Ramos referred [VICTIM #1] to the court system to acquire her belongings.
