[NARRATIVE #1 on August 20, 2026]
On 08/20/2026, I, Officer Briner, was contacted by [VICTIM #1] through dispatch in reference to a white male exposing himself in the parking lot of 1423 W Walnut Ave (Planet Fitness).
[VICTIM #1] advised she was standing at the front passenger side of her vehicle, placing items into the front passenger seat, when she noticed a male approach the vehicle parked next to hers. [VICTIM #1] stated she initially paid no attention to the male.
[VICTIM #1] advised that as she prepared to leave, she observed the male completely naked inside his vehicle and touching his p*nis while recording himself with his cell phone. [VICTIM #1] stated the male then looked toward her and held his phone in her direction as if he was taking a photograph or recording a video of her.
[VICTIM #1] advised she found the male’s actions very unsettling and left the parking lot. [VICTIM #1] stated she returned to the parking lot a few minutes later in an attempt to locate the vehicle and obtain a license plate number; however, the vehicle had already left the area.
[VICTIM #1] advised she wished to document the incident in case a similar incident occurred again.
I asked [VICTIM #1] to describe the male. [VICTIM #1] described him as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall, with short dark hair, a stocky build, and possible tattoos on his chest.
I asked [VICTIM #1] to describe the vehicle. [VICTIM #1] advised the male was inside a black Ford Explorer, possibly an older model.
Due to the limited suspect and vehicle information, no license plate number, and no further investigative leads at this time, this case will be closed. Should additional information become available, the case may be reopened for further investigation.
