On June 25, 2026, at approximately 0914 hours, Deputy Findley was dispatched to Walmart at 2545 E Walnut Ave in reference to a homeless male urinating on a tree. Upon arrival, Deputy Findley spoke with the caller, [WITNESS #1].
[WITNESS #1] says she does the Walmart delivery, so she comes to this Walmart every day, and she is constantly seeing this particular homeless male urinating on a tree. When [WITNESS #1] said this, she pointed over at Robert, who was sitting on the curb near the main entrance of the Walmart. [WITNESS #1] said as she pulled in, she once again observed Robert with his p*nis out, urinating on a tree. [WITNESS #1] said she stopped and recorded this. [WITNESS #1] then showed Deputy Findley the video. Deputy Findley observed Robert exposing his p*nis while urinating on the tree. [WITNESS #1] uploaded the video on evidence.com using the citizen submission link Deputy Findley sent her.
Deputy Findley then made contact with Robert. Deputy Findley took Robert into custody without incident. Robert was then transported to the Whitfield County jail, where he was charged with public indecency on warrant #W26-1075, which Deputy Findley had just obtained from a magistrate judge.
