On September 1st, 2026 at approximately 6:58pm Deputy Nunez and Deputy Kadinger responded to [100 BLOCK] Tubman Way in reference to a physical domestic between the caller, Shayanna Beasley, and her father, Micheal Beasley Sr. While In route dispatch advised Deputies that Shayanna had a knife and was trying to protect herself. It was also relayed to deputies that Shayanna’s husband, Aryeh Alleyne, told dispatch that he was attacked by Micheal. At this time dispatch was told that Micheal had left the residence in a Dodge Dakota unknown tag or color.

Upon arrival, Deputy Nunez met with Aryeh outside the residence and he stated that him and Shayanna had returned from Walmart after grocery shopping. Aryeh stated that [WITNESS #1] and Micheal Beasley Sr had ate the food that was supposed to be for everyone. According to [REDACTED] relayed the wrong information to his father Micheal Sr causing Micheal Sr to approach Shayanna in an aggressive manner. Aryeh stated he was attempting to deescalated the situation until he saw Micheal Sr charge at his wife Shayanna.

Aryah stated he was holding Micheal Sr back and telling him that what he was doing to his daughter was not right. Aryah stated that witnessed Micheal Sr hit Shayanna and she called 911 from his cellphone. Aryah added that prior to incident involving Micheal Sr and Shayanna occurred that Micheal Sr had attacked him as well and stated “you know I can kill you right now.” Aryeh did not state How he was attacked or when this altercation/statement was made by Micheal Sr. At that time Aryeh changed the conversation back to the marks on Shayanna’s face.

Deputy Nunez interviewed Shayanna and she stated that her father Micheal Sr had hit her in the face. Shayanna stated that the disagreement started with her twin brother after asking him to wait until all the food was finished cooking for them to eat. Shayanna added that she had not spoken to Micheal Sr and he suddenly exited his room and charged at her. Shayanna advised Deputy Nunez that Micheal Sr had recently gotten paid and she knew he did drugs and abused alcohol.

Shayanna stated, “he gets really really violent. He starts beating on everyone type of violent.” Shayanna advised Deputy Nunez that Micheal Sr had left with his friend [WITNESS #2] to the store and [WITNESS #2] had witnessed part of the altercation. Shayanna denied to be see by EMS at this time. While asking Shayanna for her ID, Aryeh walked over to Deputy Nunez to point out the marks on Shayanna’s face and stated that Micheal Sr had slapped and punched Shayanna.

Shayanna asked Deputy Nunez if she had to leave the residence. It was determined that Shayanna, Aryeh, and their son juvenile 1 had recently moved into her father’s residence. Deputy Nunez explained to Shayanna that since they had established residency there they did not have to leave if they did not want to but if Micheal Sr were to come back to his own home she would need to call law enforcement once more.

Shayanna expressed that if Micheal Sr were to come back he would be violent towards everyone including the baby and he might burn their belongings. Deputy Nunez explained to the couple that they would need to call 911 if Micheal Sr arrived back to the residence. Deputy Nunez captured a photo of Shayanna’s profile to document that area she claimed was bruised and swollen. Deputy Nunez did not notice any swelling or marks on Shayanna’s face at the time of the interview. Please see attachments to view photo.

At that time Aryeh asked Deputy Nunez if he could press charges followed by Shayanna asking if she were to press charges would Micheal Sr be arrested today. Deputy Nunez explained to Shayanna that she would need to get Micheal’s statement about the incident before charging anyone with a crime but still gave her the option to seek her own warrants through Magistrate court. Deputy Nunez provided Aryeh with a case number.

At approximately 8:37pm Deputies were dispatched to Nance Springs Rd after Shayanna called 911 stating that Micheal Sr was somewhere on that road with a male named [REDACTED] and was unsure of the exact location. Deputy Kadinger arrived to the area first and could not locate Micheal Sr. Deputy Kadinger drove by [100 BLOCK] Tubman Way and made contact with Micheal Sr as well as [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2].

Upon the arrival of Deputy Nunez she interviewed [WITNESS #1] and he stated that this disagreement started over food. [WITNESS #1] stated that while Shayanna and Aryeh were gone the ribs were done cooking and him along with Micheal Sr helped themselves to the food. According to [WITNESS #1], Shayanna and Aryeh began to argue with him over the already eaten ribs prior to Micheal Sr being present in the kitchen.

At that time Micheal Sr came out of his room to defend [WITNESS #1] after Shayanna and Aryeh both were going against [WITNESS #1]. After Deputy Nunez asked [WITNESS #1] if there was any physical altercation between anyone he stated no and claimed that Aryeh only talked about fighting but never actually fought when the time came.

Deputy Nunez spoke with Micheal sr to get his statement regarding the altercation with Shayanna. Micheal sr denied knowing anything about an altercation. While attempting to interview Micheal Sr Deputy Nunez noticed Micheals slurred speech and extremely slow hand gestures as well as his lack to recall an event that occurred hours prior and this matched with the symptoms on someone who is impaired. Micheal Sr did not give a statement due to his level of impairment or lack of cooperation towards the police.

At that time deputy Kadinger spoke with [WITNESS #2] and advised Deputy Nunez that he was a witness to the incident that occurred inside between Shayanna, Aryeh, Micheal Sr, and [WITNESS #1]. According to [WITNESS #2] he stated that Micheal Sr and Aryeh were “kinda shoving each other around in the kitchen. Two fat guys shoving each other.” Deputy Nunez asked [WITNESS #2] if he had seen any physical altercation involving Shayanna and he stated that he did not know. He heard her “hollering” but he was in the restroom at the time.

[WITNESS #2] stated that what he did see was that Shayanna get in-between Micheal Sr and Aryeh attempting to separate them. At that time Deputy Nunez asked if Micheal Sr’s aggression was towards Shayanna at all and he stated “no, it was towards the husband.” [WITNESS #2] confirmed for the ribs were what started the argument and also confirmed that Shayanna and her family do in fact live here and she is taking advantage of her father.

As deputies were debriefing [WITNESS #2] approached the deputies and started he had forgot to mention the part where Shayanna had jumped in between Michael Sr and Aryeh and “she pulled a knife on big mike, a big ole knife and she tried to stick him several times with it.” Deputy Kadinger asked [WITNESS #2] to explain what “stick him” meant and he stated “she tried to stab him with that big ole knife. She was going after him.” While making and overhanded movement to simulate Shayanna’s actions. The knife was described to be a butcher knife with a brown handle located by the freezer.

After all the statements were gathered it was determined that:
