On October 2, 2025, Swami Shinde engaged in text message conversation with a person whom he believed to be a fourteen (14) year old juvenile. Swami was actually communicating with an undercover agent who was posing as fourteen (14) year old, “Taylor” via the adult escort website Skip The Games. This is a website where persons can arrange meets for sexual activity. Note: Swami also began speaking to a secondary person named, “Taylor” who advised that she was thirteen (13) years of age. This was the same undercover agent portraying both Taylor subjects. Swami continued his chat with Taylor and agreed to meet with her at McDonald’s located at 1210 North Glenwood Avenue; he actually did, in fact, travel to meet the child but ended at Circle K located adjacent to McDonalds. Swami agreed to pay Taylor $120 for sexual activity. Ultimately Swami was arrested for Human Trafficking.
